1. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
A Buyer purchasing a service as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. Simply send your order number and request by e-mail to
[email protected].
2. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Services whose performance has started with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires (e.g. consulting, design, training or maintenance work already under way),
- Services performed instantly in electronic form,
- Content, design or software work prepared and delivered according to the Buyer's specific requests or personal needs.
Where part of the service has been performed, the refund may be calculated based on the unperformed part.
3. Cancelling a subscription
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time by notifying
[email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no fee is charged for the next period. For yearly prepaid subscriptions cancelled outside the first 14-day withdrawal period, refunds for unused months are assessed taking actual use into account.
4. Non-performance or defective performance
If the service is not started within the committed time or is performed in breach of the contract, the Buyer may request that the service be performed again, a price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund.
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are made via iyzico to the card or payment method used, within 14 days at the latest of the request reaching the Seller. The time for the refund to appear on your account or card statement depends on your bank. For instalment payments, the refund may be reflected in instalments according to the bank's practice.
6. Corporate customers
Cancellation and refund requests from legal entities such as companies, associations and foundations purchasing for commercial or professional purposes are assessed under the terms of any offer or service agreement between us and these terms.
