2. Personal data processed
- Identity: name, national ID number (where required for invoicing).
- Contact: e-mail address, phone number, address, organization name.
- Customer transactions: orders, purchased services, subscriptions, requests and correspondence.
- Finance: billing information, payment amount and transaction result (card details are not processed by us).
- Transaction security: IP address, session and log records.
- Marketing: contact details for informational messages, only with your explicit consent.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data are processed to receive and respond to your requests, conclude and perform the distance contract, provide services and manage subscriptions, carry out payment and invoicing, fulfil legal obligations, ensure information security, use as evidence in legal disputes and, with your consent, carry out promotional activities.
4. Collection method and legal grounds
Your personal data are collected electronically via the forms, order and payment pages on our website, e-mail, phone and cookies. They are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: conclusion or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). Commercial electronic messages and non-essential cookies are based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. for payments, to our accounting and financial advisors, to hosting, e-mail and software service providers, and to competent public authorities upon request. Where some of our service providers (e.g. e-mail and analytics services) have servers abroad, transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, request information if so, learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used accordingly, know the third parties to whom data are transferred in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK, request notification of these operations to third parties, object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
7. Applications
You may submit your requests in writing, together with information identifying you, to Mimar Sinan Mah. İsmail Dümbüllü Sok. No:18 D:1 Üsküdar / İstanbul or by e-mail to [email protected]. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
