2. Main characteristics and price of the service
The name, scope, duration (one-off or monthly/yearly subscription) and total price including taxes of the purchased service are as shown in the order summary. No additional charges are requested beyond the service fee; if any arise, the Buyer is informed in advance.
3. Payment
Payment is made in advance by credit card, debit card or other methods offered by iyzico through the secure infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. For subscriptions, the fee is collected in advance for the selected period.
4. Performance
After payment is approved, performance of the service starts as described in the Delivery and Service Terms and within 30 days at the latest.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. The notice of withdrawal is sent to [email protected]; the fee is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, or to services performed instantly in electronic form. You can send complaints to [email protected] or call 05326124613. In case of dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above these limits.
7. Confirmation
The Buyer confirms electronically having read this form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and knowing that placing the order creates a payment obligation.
