1. Delivery method
Products sold via Sivil Toplum İşleri are services and subscriptions; no physical goods are shipped. Services are performed electronically, remotely (online meetings, e-mail, system access) or at a place agreed by the parties.
2. Start of service
Once your payment is approved, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. Our team contacts you within 3 business days at the latest to plan the start date, scope and the information and access needed. Performance starts within 30 days at the latest in all cases.
3. Subscription services
Subscription services are provided for the selected period (monthly or yearly) from the date the payment is approved and renew at the end of the period unless cancelled.
4. Delays
If the information, content or access required to perform the service is not provided by the Buyer on time, performance periods are extended accordingly. If a delay on the Seller's side is expected, the Buyer is informed immediately.
