Buyer: The natural or legal person who places an order via www.siviltoplumisleri.com and provides their name / title, address, e-mail and phone details during the order. The buyer's details as stated in the order form form an integral part of this agreement.

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the provision of the service ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller's website www.siviltoplumisleri.com, whose features and price are stated on the order page.

Article 3 – Service information

The name, scope, duration (one-off or monthly/yearly subscription), quantity and total price including taxes of the service are as stated in the order summary and the Preliminary Information Form. The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Buyer during the order.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made by credit card, debit card or other methods offered by iyzico, through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. For subscription services, the fee is collected in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly). Instalment terms are subject to the conditions of the card-issuing bank.

Article 5 – Performance of the service

After the payment is approved, the service is performed electronically, remotely or at the place agreed by the parties, as described in the Delivery and Service Terms. Performance shall in any case not exceed the legal period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; if it becomes clear that the service cannot be performed within this period, the Buyer is informed and, upon request, the amount paid is refunded.

Article 6 – Obligations of the parties

The Seller undertakes to provide the service as ordered, with due care and in line with professional standards. The Buyer is responsible for providing the information, access and approvals needed for the service in a timely manner; the Seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by late or incomplete information.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

If the Buyer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from service contracts within 14 (fourteen) days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The notice of withdrawal is sent within this period by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the Seller. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller refunds the amount collected within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the payment method used.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, or for services performed instantly in electronic form. By requesting that performance start within the withdrawal period, the Buyer acknowledges this. Details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Legal entities acting for commercial or professional purposes (companies, associations, foundations, etc.) are not consumers, so the provisions on the right of withdrawal do not apply to them; their cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Article 8 – Subscriptions and termination

Subscription services renew on the same terms at the end of the selected period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled by the Buyer. The Buyer may end the subscription by notifying [email protected] before the renewal date; the subscription then ends at the end of the paid period. Consumers' termination rights under Article 52 of Law No. 6502 for fixed-term subscription contracts are reserved.

Article 9 – Personal data

The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 – Force majeure

The parties cannot be held liable for late or non-performance due to events beyond their control such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, or infrastructure and communication outages. If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement; the fee for the unperformed part is then refunded.

Article 11 – Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above these limits. Where the Buyer is not a consumer, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul are competent.

Article 12 – Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the Buyer electronically confirms having read and accepted this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. The agreement is concluded and enters into force upon order confirmation. A copy is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
